Darla Shaub joined Westchase in March 1998 as a Project Coordinator responsible for project accounting and administration. As the Executive Administrator 2006 to 2021, she managed the coordination of third-party consultant and bank inspection reports, their action items and responses, new hire onboarding, coordination of reoccurring meetings, corporate events, corporate swag, non-exempt employee payroll, OSHA annual reporting, accounting reconciliations, special tax filings, along with annual insurance audit document preparation. Promoted to Quality Assurance Manager, she ensures project and employee compliance with corporate and project policies, procedures, and quality standards. Darla graduated from the University of Houston with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1992 and has proven to be pivotal in the success of Westchase and its partners.
