Michael Listi joined Westchase in 2022 after spending 6.5 years working with a General Contractor in the commercial sector of construction. Michael has assisted with and run several projects that range from $2 – $100 million. The skills learned and experiences had during his time on the commercial side will directly translate and allow him to make a smooth transition to the multifamily sector. His attention to detail, professionalism, and team mentality are just a few of the traits that he exhibits during all phases of the construction process. Michael graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015 with a B.S. in Construction Science.
