When Steve Otermat joined Fein in 2009 as Vice President and Controller, he came as a certified public accountant with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining the organization, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield, managing the accounting for American General’s commercial real estate portfolio. Steve transitioned later to managing the financial and accounting operations for Michael Stevens Interests, Inc. until he found his home here at Westchase Construction, Ltd. Steve graduated from the University of Houston with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1992.
