For nearly 30 years, Martin Fein has had his hands in the mix of development and acquisition of more than 30,000 units of class A multi-family garden apartments. He previously served as President of the Farb Companies with more than 500 employees, which later led him to establish Fein in May 1989. His passionate commitment fueled his drive to create luxurious, hospitable, and livable communities that people are proud to call home.
In 1996, he began Westchase Construction, Ltd. to achieve his dream of constructing high-end apartment developments. To this day, he continues to serve as its President, proud of what he and his team have accomplished. Martin is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.A. degree and holds a J.D. degree from the University of Louisville Law School.
