A real estate professional with more than 35 years of industry experience, Timm Wooten joined Fein as Executive Vice President in June 1996. He began his career as a credit analyst with First City National Bank in Houston and has since held positions of increasing responsibility with various financial and development companies. In 1985, he formed Henry & Wooten, Ltd., focusing on the development of retail properties, and in 1990 he joined the J. E. Roberts Companies, where he served as Vice President/Eastern Region Manager in Tysons Corner, VA. His responsibilities included the management of five real estate portfolios comprising office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties and apartments with an investment basis of over $500 million. A graduate of the University of Texas, Timm received a B.B.A. in Finance in 1976.
